Who we are

perryproai.com is operated by Aviv Perry, PerryPro AI. Aviv Perry owns the business and is responsible for the information collected on this site.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), business name (optional), type of request and your message.
• Course pre-registration page (perryproai.com/igmn): name and phone, plus the channel that brought you to the page (for example a campaign link), the time you submitted and your browser type.
• WhatsApp or email: whatever you choose to write to us.
• Your IP address is used for a moment only, to block form flooding. It is not stored and not passed on. The web server keeps technical access logs for security and operations within a limited size. The logs are deleted automatically when that size fills up, usually within a few weeks.
• One cookie only: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you viewed the site in (Hebrew or English). If you pause the animations, that choice is stored in your own browser only. There are no advertising cookies, trackers or analytics tools on this site.

Why we use it

• To get back to you and answer your request.
• For the course pre-registration: to make sure your registration was completed, to help if you got stuck, and to know which channel you came from.
• We will not send you newsletters or advertising without your explicit consent. We will never sell your information.

Where it goes

• Forms are sent to our automation system (n8n), which runs on a server we manage at the hosting provider Hostinger, in a data centre in France (in the European Union). The details are stored there in an internal table.
• For every new enquiry Aviv receives an internal WhatsApp alert with the name and phone number, so we can reply quickly. The alert travels through Meta's WhatsApp with end-to-end encryption.
• On the pre-registration page, after you submit you continue to the Teachers' Union site to complete registration. Anything you give there is covered by the Teachers' Union's own privacy policy.
• The pre-registration page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address.
• If we reply by email, the correspondence is kept in our business mailbox on Google Workspace.
• Beyond that we do not share your information with anyone, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact. After that the information is deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Security

The site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the server and the tables is limited to authorised people only (Aviv Perry and anyone he authorises in writing) and protected by passwords and access keys. No system can promise perfect protection, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.

Your rights

You are under no legal obligation to give us your details. Without contact details we simply cannot get back to you.

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Send your request to perry@perryproai.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
